About Apeiron
Founded in 2017, Apeiron Management S.p.A. is an independent investor and advisor focused on mid-market opportunities in Italy. With over 100 years of combined experience, the team brings deep expertise across corporate credit, private equity, special situations, and restructuring.
Apeiron invests across the capital structure – from debt to equity – and works alongside entrepreneurs, management teams, and investors to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions that foster sustainable growth and long-term performance.
Apollo Delos Platform
Launched in 2018, the Apollo Delos platform is an investment partnership between funds managed by Apollo Global Management (NYSE: APO) and Apeiron Management S.p.A., focused on special situations and corporate credit opportunities in Italy. Since inception, the platform has deployed over EUR 470 million across corporate debt, receivables, insolvency compositions, and other stressed and distressed assets. In March 2023, Apollo announced the upsize and extension of the partnership, adding EUR 150 million in new capital and reaffirming its long-term commitment to Apeiron and the Italian market.
