Main responsabilities

  • Source and screen new investment opportunities
  • Support financial modeling and the review of investment documents (term sheets, agreements, presentations, analytics)
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure transaction progress
  • Attend investment meetings and assist Operating Partners in portfolio management
  • Contribute to periodic portfolio reviews and team best practices

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields; strong academic record
  • Previous internship experience in investment banking/private equity is a plus but not required
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; team player
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; quick decision-making; commitment to results
  • Fluent English
  • Internship based in central Milan
